"For the price & value, I rate the hotel stay highly. However, the office chair in room 803 was ‘stained’ possibly bodily fluids? Terrible huh? Otherwise, location, amenities, staff and value were great. Oh btw, Northbourne Ave on Saturday night is screaming loud with street cars drag racing. It’s a Canberran thing :)"

We had misunderstood the actual address of the property - we went to 254, but the actual address was 258. This was exacerbated by the fact that the fob got us in the building. It was assumed that we would arrive by car - which would have brought us to the correct number. However we arrived by foot. The third party that this was outsourced to...
