"Flat itself was lovely, however, as we stayed during a cold spell, it did feel quite cold and damp, and without a working heater. Also had issues prior to check in, whereby access details were refused without sharing personal details via a web portal, despite booking through the hotels.com system. Speaking to the contact number didn’t solve this problem, despite concerns flagged. Location was great, right by the station and walkable to shops / cafes, but would probs stay somewhere else, if...
