"In kind of an industrial area at the edge of town more of a freeway stop than a destination. The staff was delightful, parking was convenient and free, the room was clean. This is not a non smoking hotel. The room smelled strongly of smoke and when we opened the window to get air it seemed that maybe workers from the place next door smoked all night there? We were four floors from the ground and the clouds of cigarette and marijuana smoke that filled our room were awful. The air conditioner...

"Being off season no staff were on site, but the sister hotel up the hill enabled room access. Room was well equipped and generous size with views across the lake - though sadly was foggy. Breakfast was also in the sister hotel and had a good choice of hot and cold options freshly prepared."

"Walkable from the bus stop, but take note there's a flight of stairs (I counted about 78 steps) via the shortest route. There's also a luggage friendly slope, but it's a bit of a detour. "Nyon hostel is quite as described by other reviews. It is very clean except the rooms you sleep in because of the type of travellers who are inconsiderate about others. These selfish and ignorent travellers should be told to clean up after them but the hostel takes a dim view of its responsibility to ensure every traveller feels safe and is able to sleep peacefully. "We have stayed there a couple of time. The view and atmosphere is unique. Rooms are relatively basic. Restaurant is a bit expensive but very good."

"Took me a while to find the entrance using google maps, otherwise it’s in a great location. Friendly staff speaks bit of English which was really helpful, nice clean room. There was little to no wifi in the room I was based in, but apart from that it was a good experience. "

"My partner, her daughter and I stayed here for one week for a ski trip. We drove from England and it was easy to find and has a secluded car park. Booking in was easy and we were shown to our room. We didn't try breakfast but we had dinner one night and it was really good. Its a proper french restaurant with a great chef, good service and rich wine list. There is some good communal areas with board games and tables. They also have a bar across the road that is a very nice and family friendly...

"This tiny hotel is located right opposite to the train station and 15 minute walk away from the town centre. It is run by a family who are very warm. Despite its history, the room has obviously been renovated. The bathroom is very spacious, clean and well-equipped. It would be the best if there are more sockets for charging phones."
