"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"Nice stay with free luggage storage, close to everything. Free live music with a fire Saturday nights. Never saw anyone working at the bar though. Only annoying thing was I ran out of toilet paper at 8pm and I went to reception and they didnt have any so I had to go out and buy my own ( I was in private room) "
