Communication (regarding a missing corkscrew and on the availability of extra pillows) was the only difficulty, with really no effectuve help until we happened to meet the person cleaning another apartment. But we would definitely stay here again. "

"My friends and I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! We arrived to the hotel early before check-in time, and instead of letting us store our luggage in a secure location, the receptionist simply told us to put our luggage under the staircase. When we finally were able to check in, the receptionist failed to inform us that there was a gate code to let us into the hotel at night. Fortunately, the bartender informed us that we needed a gate code, or else...

"clean friendly family hotel and a good stop off for one night on the way to the south menu de jour was nice and inexpensive with a tasty buffet starter and s tasty main, had the very good cheese for desert so cant comment on the sweet stuff. its a 2 star hotel, basic but clean and comfortable. beds are comfortable but a little low (oldies like me have to work to get upright) Overall, stayed 5 nights whilst moving mother in law from Tresserre to uk slept well every night so happy camper. they...

"The overwhelming problem with this hotel is the lack of air-conditioning. It was a hot day and although a fan was provided it was impossible to sleep in the heat. Other than that the hotel is OK and there is a very nice restaurant next door. The car park is very 'tight' especially when people park other than in the designated car parking spaces."
