"Hotel was absolutely cozy. Super close to the lift. Wish I had known the location better to ski there! Staff was amazing, and helped track down an item I left. Beautiful building and location. Super close to the fun FU bar. You can also easily walk to the mountain for some trails. Only downside is the doors lock at a specific time. That was fine as I was jet lag. Def recommend this location! Breakfast had a lot of options if you chose it. "

"We had a great time at the Hotel Les Lacs. The staff was superb and kind always in our requests. The room is simple, but comfortable and most important “warm”. The shower was deliciously hot. It’s really worth to take the breakfast, again simple but effective. Our room has a beautiful view to the Glacier, we never closed our curtains, during the night when we wake up, we just looked out to the Glacier reflecting the moon light, magical."

"The communication was very good once we were at the accommodation. The rooms were efficient and very much met our needs. The room was as presented on the website. Housekeeping was regular and available yet on demand. Options exist for meals and those that participated, they appeared to very much enjoy the ambiance. Short walk from the village but bus stop outside. Easy access to ski runs via Bettox - short climb up but can ski back to the car park. Fabulous accommodation for the money, would not hesitate to go back, underrated 2 star accommodation "

"Perfect location right opposite the main ski lift and next door to a ski hire shop. Breakfast is good and there is a generous sized guest lounge on the top floor and ski store in the basement. The staff are friendly and helpful. We booked the last and cheapest room on the first floor , it was just above a bar which played music until 11.30 every night - fortunately we liked their playlist. "

"The Hotel is at a brilliant location for ski in/out! The room was simple but functional- everything worked fine apart from the heating ( underfloor and not to regulate for us) which was too warm! There is a good skiroom with lockers! The breakfast and dinners were very good with plenty of choices for starters/ salad/ soup/ great choices for mains and cheese and wine ob tap! As the skipass was also included a really good value for money! The staff is also very nice and helpful! We will be back!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel despite it being somewhat modest, lacking a proper lobby. However, the reception from and care by India, the property manager was exceptional. I was traveling alone and India made sure all was well with me and that I made myself familiar with everything. For a modest hotel in a pricey area this was truly comfortable and hospitable! Thank you, India!"
