"The hotel was spot on staff made you feel welcomed good size rooms the location is perfect plenty of parking two min walk to the beach…. The only down side is there was no catering as other guests found out and were disappointed as it’s such a good hotel bar and restaurant.. that’s the only down side with the vine hotel.. we would of enjoyed it more if they had more staff on with the catering "

The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them.
