"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. Contacted Expedia and spent a further 2 hrs on the phone to them and they also could not get in touch with the managing agent. The building had poor lighting outside and was...

"When we got in the caravan it was dirty no bins emptied no bedding we had to go buy sheets devets. The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied and had used sanitary pads in there. The toaster had to be cleaned before use. Smelt really bad due to nothing being cleaned. We came home on the a day early because we were so disappointed. "

It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "Arrival was pain free, directions given were spot on. Pet friendly with a pretty lake to walk around to actually stretch the dog's legs. Staff were very welcoming. The apartment faced over fields, with birdlife aplenty. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in for a long time. The shower is larger than expected and works very well, hot water in abundance. The best thing for me is the peace and quiet due to the location. There was a hob, kettle, toaster and a microwave that we didn't use, but would make a multi-day stay more convenient. Can recommend as a place to stay."
