"You expect more when you're paying £100 for 1 night for a room. Small bed (the room itself is tiny: 2.5m x 3m) Sheets not crisp at all. No toiletries and had to share a bathroom with all the other rooms (not great). No milk in the kitchen for coffee and tea (which I would have expected). Very basic accommodation for the price."

"Upon arrival all staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, lovely friendly people. I had a fantastic meal and the room was perfect. It was very hot in the room but this was no problem as a fan was available. Top class service! "

There are a couple of visitors' parking spaces, but those were occupied when I arrived, so I had to park in the nearby public car park. This was free after 6pm, but I had to leave before 9am the next morning to avoid being charged for parking.
