Lovely room, staff, and amenities. Would stay again.

The room was spotless, the hostess Monica was super kind and helpful with everything, the room had everything I could need and the public transport was very close to the place. Amazing stay

Lovely people, the owner’s son was the chef and artist - he baked some Gluten Free cakes for us for breakfast!

Warm welcome and lots of information and advice from the Reception staff. Room was outstanding, clean, spacious for 3. Easy access to Stazione Porta Nord. Very large supermarket nearby to purchase anything.

We were passing through and stayed one night. Delighted with this place. 100% recommended

Straight forward instructions to enter the property. Located 20 minutes walk from Modena train station and close the hospital where I had required regular attendances at. Venue appears clean. Water bottles regularly replenished in mini fridge which was handy for me to leave chilled fruit inside. Tea / coffee making facilities located in a communal area where it doesn't exactly have a proper kitchen but enough bottles of water to fill a kettle to boil and make a drink. No washing up required...

We had a lovely appartment right in the centre of town within walking distance to everything the room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed would recommend this place to my friends

This was perfect for a short stay in Bologna. Well situated for sightseeing, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and had excellent air conditioning which was very welcome given the extremely high temperatures during our visit. Contact with the office by phone was a little frustrating as they seemed to have difficulty establishing who we were and where we were staying.

Easy parking Perfect place for ataying on the edgo of the city Bologna. Easy public transport available. Excellent host!
