"I arrived a little late.. But was accommodated very well..and by welcoming staff, had a very comfortable stay/sleep in a double deluxe room. Great place and for the price you really can't go wrong. Would definitely book there again 100℅ Aka single female travelling with dog. And they are, also dog friendly 👍 Thank you guys x😁"

OK this is not 5* accommodation, but it isn’t advertised as that. Nicely presented and decorated, clean, has everything you need. Wi-Fi is not good. We really enjoyed our stay at the woodlands."

"I'm writing because I'm really disappointed with my stay at your hotel. The room wasn't up to a decent standard. The milk that was left in the room was out of date and had gone chunky. I didn't realise until I'd already drunk half my cup of tea, which was absolutely disgusting. The window was also broken, so I couldn't open it. It was really noisy outside, which meant I hardly got any sleep. Every time I used the shower or the sink, the macerator kept coming on every minute, making a lot of...
