"The great location is the biggest plus of this place. In conjunction with underground parking, it is the best selling point. Unfortunately compared to some other flats in the same block provided by other companies I stayed with the flat although clean is run down. There are holes and damage to the floor. "Upon arrival all staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, lovely friendly people. I had a fantastic meal and the room was perfect. It was very hot in the room but this was no problem as a fan was available. Top class service! "
