"An excellent bed & breakfast; superbly located near the town's biggest attractions. The room was bright and modern with a great bed and super-plush towels. The breakfast in the morning was a particular highlight; well presented, in a beautiful breakfast room. "We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. Contacted Expedia and spent a further 2 hrs on the phone to them and they also could not get in touch with the managing agent. The building had poor lighting outside and was...

"I must be honest, I am very disappointed. For some strange reason although I checked reviews before hand, I was not able to see all the reviews which would have prevented me from booking. 20 min before leaving the owner messaged to say his cleaner did not come and asked whether we still wanted to go. He offered us £60 refund if we wanted to go and take our own bedding etc. We accepted as we were all packed. Arrived there, no hot water and the place wasn't really well kept. We contacted the...

"The hut was amazing & laid our really well. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to my standards. There was a squished fly on the coffee table & it required dusting considerably. The bathroom was clean though. We didn't see a member of staff the whole time we were there (2 days) & to contact anyone was difficult too. The hot tub was very nice, but for the money paid I would expect a daily refill of wood. We had to buy quite a bit more to use it. Lastly, they have a carpark for all cars....

"Quiet location in a well kept grounds. All staff appeared friendly and electric car charger available was a bonus. Was disappointed with Hot tub as had to buy additional wood at £10 a bag which was not stated. Also uncomfortably warm at night. They did provide a fan but no air con, we did travel during the Summer heatwave and was really difficult to sleep. Shower also had a unpleasant smell. Overall we had a great time in a good location close to multiple nearby beaches."

"The caravan itself was perfect for its price. Decently hygienic and basic utilities. However, the hot tub after one use wasn’t maintained by staff, it wasn’t treated and therefore started to look murky and smelt unusual. The host wasn’t very easy to contact, was left in the dark about utilities until the day before and didn’t respond for 2 weeks using Expedia app nor didn’t answer when messaged about hot tub condition and wasn’t told how to use the heating. But overall, the property is great for...
