Clean tidy and staff friendly

Second time me and my daughter have stayed here. We both feel safe, there is parking opposite the hotel which is a major bonus. The owner and his wife are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be staying there again.

Great out of the way Inn on the Edge of Dartmoor, Great rooms and Friendly Bar /Restaurant, Excellent Full English Breakfast

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food. Comfortable bed. And I loved that there was a good amount of tea and coffee sachets in the bedroom ☺️

Ever so friendly, the owner showed me around, and then the room was mine, everything I needed was there . What a wonderful service, somewhere lovely to sleep at short notice. I had a great nights sleep,, so good that I overslept.

Beautifully finished apartment and to a high standard. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating on what was a very busy evening for them. Food was lovely and presented well, amazing coffee too. Location was great just what we needed for our trip.

The shower had a bit of a mind of its own and was either cold or red hot! It was cleanish but not perfect. And the tea tasted awful (not sure if water...

Clean well presented accommodation, check was easy and well communicated, parking was easy to find with the addition of photos to help. Good location and pet friendly, close to town with a few steep steps but you quickly get used to that. Maybe a parasol would be nice to go with the table and chairs outside, even more so in this current heat wave. Make sure you bring some milk/water with you, if your after a tea/coffee after that long drive down, think that was the only thing missing would be a...
