"This property included both a small refrigerator and a microwave, as well as a kettle, all in good working condition. The staff were very helpful and obliging whenever I needed help. "Good location to food and cafes .near Kingston and Manuka precinct"

"The property manager did not contact me with the instructions to get access to the apartment. I was left with a 3-night booking, from 23rd - 26th March 2026, that could not be honoured. Then on 30th March I received an email advising the property would not be available on the dates I booked, due to "operational issues". As an unreliable service, I would never recommend this property."

"It’s very convenient as it is located in the heart of the city. Staff are very friendly and welcoming."

"Great studio apartment with lovely water views. Excellent position. Dining options and walks. Excellent instructions for checking in process."

"The booking never occurred due to lack of access. No access was provided after waiting several hours. Alternative accommodation was unavailable due to being a holiday weekend, so I drove for several hours during the night to go home. Worst ever booking experience."

We had misunderstood the actual address of the property - we went to 254, but the actual address was 258. This was exacerbated by the fact that the fob got us in the building. It was assumed that we would arrive by car - which would have brought us to the correct number. However we arrived by foot. The third party that this was outsourced to...

"Amazing apartment in a quiet location. So close to heaps of cafes, restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. We certainly recommend and will stay again. Check in was a bit tricky, finding the key safe but we certainly enjoyed our week staying at lakeside, Kingston."

"Convenient but a building site. "
