Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."

Then, when I had booked this stay and needed to cancel immediately, due to selecting the wrong date. I contacted the host immediately explaining the situation and didnt hear anything back for an extended perioid. The response seemed to come from an off shore call centre or something and was very robotic. No, due to policy, no wiggle room, so compassion. I was offered a 50 percent refund....
