"By far, OYO Rockssar was the best 2-star hotel we experienced in this 3 week trip in the Philippines from Iloilo to Cebu (OYO in Moalboal cancelled on us last minute so not impressed =(), to Panglao, Coron then back to Manila. "I enjoyed my time with the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Thank you for the toothbrush. I might suggest a small shampoo be provided seeing that an adequate amount or size cannot be brought aboard the aircraft if we only have a carry on bag. Very good place to stay. "Staff nice good for budget hotel"

"There was no FO personnel when we got to the hotel at around 2am. It's good though that the security guard can let us to our reserved room. FO personnel gets in by 9am, and until this time, there is only the security guard who can attend to our concerns. Breakfast selection is very limited, and again, they can only start taking breakfast orders from 8am. Water flow for the bathroom was really low at first, it can't even go up to the shower head. The cable for TV channels is not working either....

"You have to pay for hot water (60 pesos). Clean but kind of scary. The van to the airport costs 500pesos regardless of the number of people. You have to walk down ant out to get local transportation (Rella or motor with side car)"
