"This great value room was perfect for what we needed. Room 124 had a small balcony for morning sunbathing, a fridge, good bathroom. Furthermore we were on the beachfront with our hosts Hector and Pedro were always on hand to answer questions. Lovely long walks had, food and hospitality very good. As a single mum and child, we felt safe, welcome and really comfortable staying in Torremolinos at Hostal Beatriz.. "The hotel's location was quite good for Torremolinos. The hotel service and condition was adequate, clean, presentable. The one thing that made my stay not good was that the walls in the room are so thin I could hear everything in the room next, everything....., speaking at a normal level, snoring, wake up alarm like it was my alarm. I find that to be quite unacceptable. There was no hand soap in the bathroom which I missed ......."

"We were really impressed with our one night stay in Hostal Viadamia. It felt more like a boutique hotel than a hostel. We received a very warm welcome, were able to check in early and store our bags and our room was very comfortable. The bathroom was certainly not suitable for taller people but otherwise it was good. It was great being able to make use of the common room upstairs and we really loved the location."

"Good location but photos are like most Facebook profile pictures and cleverly filtered giving the impression of a modern apartment. The apartment is old but has been decorated to a good standard and couldn't fault the cleanliness. Also paid deposit for safe key, but in check out they said we hadn't. The deposit wasn't a great amount but they add up if it happens regularly. Ask for a receipt. "

"The Hotel Casabermeja is an excellent place to overnight en route from or to Malaga. It is a good example of a traditional Spanish travellers' stopping place. We arrived at 22.55 and, even though the kitchens close at 23.00, they stayed on and gave us an excellent supper. The bar itself is open 24 hours with sandwiches and the like, and it serves a good Spanish breakfast. There is ample parking. Our room had a balcony with pleasant country views. "Great boutique hotel. Wonderful owners. We did have a bit of a problem finding it. A building number on the front (street) side would help. A few more hooks and a toilet roll holder in the bathroom would also be nice. Wonderful restaurants and cafes only a block or two away, but it would be nice to have a coffee pot or kettle in the room, or coffee/tea available onsite in the morning. Definitely would stay there again though!!"

"First of all the girl at the desk is just Amazing, I wish there are more people like these. Economical, very convenient. That's where it ends. Very small and very very loud place. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and few more cons. I had chat with the Owner who is a nice guy and trying to do best in the circumstances. "
