"Small hotel over priced Towels are old and rooms are extra small The lady at the desk was nice ( from Venezuela ) The hotel is with no parking and 70 euros is too much for this type of hotel On a road with lots of noise But outside on the right a small bar typique with excellent pan con tomatoes ! Paint peeling of walls, dirty pillows and scruffy blankets. We paid for a superior apartment however no idea what was superior about it. Hotel needs closing down for a few months for an overall revamp and update "

"We chose the Fenix Beach apartments from your web sight as your information inferred that the Hotel and Apartments shared the same facilities. That was very difficult as the Hotel was shut and the pool surround was being repainted and also there was no lifeguard for most of the week!! Also the Apartments did not have our booking!!!! They had to make contact with you after we arrived and had to wait wondering we had anywhere to stay!! I feel that my party over paid considering there was no food,...
