The bedding was disgusting, the room was smelly like a hoover bag which needed changed,housekeeping not up to standard as didn’t empty bins & replenish supplies in the room. Did get a room change but the noise from other hotel guests was really bad & nothing done about it. I did complain but wasn’t offered any compensation. Will not stay at any Mercure hotel again and would not recommend it to any of my family or friends.

Hotel was in a great location . Staff were friendly and efficient ,breakfast was excellent quality ingredients and fresh , room Was a bit worn needed new curtains and a lock of paint maybe but overall a great hotel
