"Chose this hotel because it was close to Terminal 5. The price quoted, without breakfast, was very reasonable. I decided to take the 10 minute bus ride from T5 at £1.75 instead of the pod at £8 and that was fine as the bus stopped outside the hotel. Check-in was quick and the staff were very helpful. There was no lift so I had to carry my suitcase up one floor to my room. The room was on the small size but fine for just me for one night. It was very clean and the double bed very comfortable. The bathroom was slotless but the sink had no plug, which was disappointing. In the morning I decided to pay for breakfast. It was advertised at £15 but I was charged £12. The breakfast options were good - continental or cooked with a good selection of food and drink. All the staff were polite and attentive, the hotel was cleanand the room quiet. For a o e night stay before catching a flight, this hotel was excellent value for money. "

"This hotel is slightly different with quirky public areas and play areas for kids. We had a family room which had a double bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in a seperate room. Overal the size was larger than most airport hotel rooms and was clean, well equipped with kettle and Lavazza coffee machine. Plenty of on site parking availalable at £12.50 for 5 hours and over"
