"We stayed for 6 nights and had a great time. The hut was fully equipped with everything you need and was very cosy. We didn’t have the best weather but we lit the log burner and we’re lovely and warm. The area is absolutely beautiful and we had several long walks and runs. The night sky was amazing. As there’s no light pollution you can see so many stars. It’s quite remote but there is a shop about 15 minute walk away. We enjoyed being away from it all. "

"We had a most enjoyable stay at the Hayloft over the Christmas holiday. It started with the a warm welcome and Nanette had put up a Christmas tree for us and brought us round some freshly baked mince pies! The accommodation is well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are all of a good size and nicely decorated and with all the bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms, it made the property well suited to hosting large groups. "Amazing house for a short weekend away with friends. We came for Easter weekend with a large group of 19 people. We ordered pizzas from the local pizza restaurant under David’s recommendation which made cooking easier and were great pizzas that arrived nice and hot. We did spot a mouse in one of the rooms however but as people who live in the rural countryside ourselves, it’s expected in these types of properties. Overall great stay and lovely facilities- amazing hot tub and we loved the outside...
