"Ideal location for exploring the Peak district Property was spotless, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen. Availability of Netflix very nice touch. Property advertised for up to 10, but would think it could be a bit of a squeeze unless several of party were small children. There were 6 of us and it was perfect size"

"Absolutely loved our stay here! Modern, clean and so cosy!! The bed is the comfiest bed i have ever slept in away from home...so much so we kept doing starfishes in excitement 🤣 Good sleep is so important after a solid day of hiking so very much appreciated. Shower again was amazing after a day out hiking in the rain ❤️ Brilliant location for all the places we visited.Will definitely be returning."

It was very comprehensive and as well as telling us everything we needed to know about the studio it also had great info about places to eat and things to do. "Turned up to the hotel to be told we didn’t have a booking. Zero empathy or customer service. I had driven 3 hours and myself and my 1 year old had no place to stay and hotels.com weren’t able to relocate us so had to drive home. "

"The Cotton Rooms was perfectly located for everything in Matlock, plus lots of walks nearby. Spotlessly clean and with lots of added touches, including a lovely Christmas tree! Just a bit noisy on the road at night but it was New Year and we were next to a few pubs so was as expected. Great stay, would definitely go back!"
