“Good location for the town centre”
Nice, clean, modern hotel. Much better than the usual chain budget priced hotels. Staff were professional and pleasant. I didn't eat, but the restaurant looked nice and the breakfast buffet looked good from a distance. The room was very good for the price, however beware of the extra cost for parking and wifi access.
“Swindon hotel”
Decent business hotel. About 5-10 minutes walk from the station. Comfy bed. In an ugly industrial area, about 5 minutes walks from restaurants. Only issue was had to pay for internet and it was mind-numbingly slow. They said they had server issues, which can happen, to no offer of a refund even though it was completely unusable and a waste of money in this case.
“An ideal location to meet our needs”
A central location to meet our needs. However it was shame we had to ask for a second bath sheet yet again. Two of us in the double room!!
“Swindon's friendliest feature”
I have been staying at the Jury's Inn Swindon for a couple of months, after several months of week night residence at the Swindon Holiday Inn. The contrast is like day and night. The Jury's Inn staff are friendly, helpful and cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. That's why I come back every week! The hotel may not have a gym but the rooms are large, comfortable and the restaurant has a great variety of tasty food on offer. The team are great - especially Mitch, Magda and Kayleigh! Enjoy your stay...
“Swindon's Best”
jurys Inn swindon is a great Hotel, it met my expectations in terms of comfortability, service quality and hotel amenities. 100 % recommendable.
“Few complaints”
I can't say much about the bar or dining area as I literally walked in late, went to my room, got up the following day and left. However the hotel is of a god standard as it is very new, rooms are about average size. There are also some nice touches like flat panel TVs in all rooms, quick lifts, and free water/ice machines down room corridors. This hotel is reasonable close to Swindon station and town centre, there is a 24 hour lit multi story car park a few mins walk just next door. Parking per day via the hotel is 5 quid which is reasonable. Only complaint... the receptionist made an error coding my room card and I had to return to have it re-done.
“Muat do better”
The card access to the lift and room was continually faulty and almost every day of the five/six days needed one or two trips to get the lift or room access arranged. The food was quite good but service very slow and at one point left because the ordered dessert just did not arrive although it was said to be in preparation!
“Great new value for money Hotel - Swindon's little gem”
New Hotel so as you would expect everything is excitingly new and impressive. Hotel quality on offer was great as expected for the room rack rate paid. Bar meals and bar drinks where inexpensive which was a very pleasant but nice surprise Generally my overall experience was extremely satisfactory. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel generally hits the 100% of the mark for the star rating on offer. The hotel is only let down by the somewhat inconsistant room maid quality combined with vehicle offloading facilities due in part because the hotel is situated on a busy roundabout in the centre of Swindon. I have stayed at this hotel on four occasions now and intend to continue staying at the Swindon Jury's Inn many more times in the coming months because it represents very good value for money. Better signage to the rear of the hotel where the disabled parking exists would be helpful
