"Harold gave us a very warm welcome and showed us into the house which we found to be a lovely comfortable, warm and well equipped guest house at Warlands Farm. It was great to also have the use of the spacious lounge and kitchen/dining room. We found the house bright and clean, with a newly refurbished interior. "Small but very comfortable twin room with ensuite. Loved the big bath sheets. I would have added a second side table and perhaps a chair or luggage stand. Nice lounge/breakfast area, with plenty of fridges to store food/snacks. Comfortable couches and good sized TV. Very close to bus stop and only 10mins to Durham so we were able to just park the cars for the weekend. Hosts were very nice. "
