"This property had everything we wanted for a wonderful long weekend. I think it would work well for most family and friend groups. Clean, spacious, with attention to detail. Comfortable living space. We cooked all our meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The grounds were great for walks and just hanging out by the fire. Lots of wildlife to watch. We will come back and enjoy again."

"Our return stay at the shouse was just as fabulous as the first. This was our 2nd year staying there while we attended the Christmas at Luther College concert. There is so much room to spread out and relax. The large tv is ready to accept your streaming logins and clears them when you leave. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans & utinsels for just about whatever you want to cook. The home baked cookies upon our arrival were a welcomed treat! Thank you for the wonderful stay! "We were in town for the Christmas at Luther program. We were traveling with my husband’s parents and it was really nice to be together instead of in two hotel rooms. "Overall, our stay was comfortable. We didn't get check in information until almost an hour after check in time which was off putting. There was a lack of toilet paper so we had to purchase some in town. Other than that the home is very nice and the land is beautiful."

"Jackson and Amy are very accommodating-communicate very well-and provide a space that's so cozy and comfortable-even for our large group of 9 (7 students, 2 chaperones) The massage chair, and large TV with Roku--is amazing. Kitchen has everything we needed -after a trip to Fareway-for breakfasts and lunch supplies. Fireplace upstairs-easy to operate and very nice to have. Special touch-the Christmas tree-still up in this early part of January. Thank you! Strongly recommend for a get-a-way!"

"We were delighted when we checked in, the place is immaculate, spacious, incredibly well-appointed (wow - the coffee bar, waffle maker? really?! have been in so many condos that were not this well thought out!). The fact that the owner welcomes dogs was such a delight! Close to walking areas, quiet, comfortable, clean, accessible, wi-fi - I cannot think of a thing except perhap a beautiful mural painted on the driveway wall to add to the beauty. :-). This is a wonderful find, highly recommend!"
