Historic Phelps Mansion. Main Level Suite #2 This suite is fully contained. All you have to do is arrive and enjoy. The historic Phelps Mansion is full of historic character from the original kitchen cabinets to the hardwood floors throughout the unit. There have been many updates through the rehab process and offers many modern amenities. This unit is a two bedroom with new Amish beds and very comfortable Queen mattresses. Located in the living room are two couches. One is an exceptionally comfortable Queen pull-out sleeper, the additional couch can be used to sleep the 7th guest. The kitchen is stocked with all kitchen wares; dishware, silverware, plates, bowls, pots, pans, bakeware, coffee pot, toaster, and microwave. (Serving for 6) Full size refrigerator and gas stove. Smelled like pumpkin spice as we walked to the front door. There was enough room for 4 adult women and all our things for a long weekend. The kitchen was stocked and had a lot of stuff to cook with as far as appliances go. The only downfalls were that there was a lot of little bugs at the front of the property, but seemed to be a thing around town too. Another thing is the manager asked for a drivers license to be sent via text to their personal number and wouldn’t allow it to be sent through the app because they said it wouldn’t go through.
