"Attended a wedding 29th of may. The wedding event was excellent. Stayed in a garden room quirky and well maintained, a bit hot though. Now my real upsetting point. The joiners arms, my nephew who was getting married booked a table for 25 people, unfortunately 29 turned up. The host would not accomodate the 4 extra in even allowing of us to eat in the bar, her comment was to go and eat in seahouses. "First time in Newbiggin and enjoyed it, the town has plenty of resources- a corner shop just round the corner and pubs, takeaways, cafes and a couple of restaurants, a small craft ale bar too. There’s going to be a new bar/café opening any day now just over the road down on the beach which will be handy (and as it’s low down shouldn’t cause any problems).
