The staff is incredible nice. Bell desk was efficient and helpful. Breakfast is great. Elevators were fast but didn’t work great when having to put your key in to select your floor. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay for me and my family.

Fantastic location, kind and helpful staff, gorgeous views. Great place to stay away from the crazy of Times Square, but close enough to easily get to Lincoln Center and Broadway shows. Being close to Central Park and great restaurants was such a bonus. Having a grocery store across the street and a kitchenette in the room is a major perk!
