"A superb stay, very smart hotel. Incredibly convenient for me and my work. A pity about the loud guests next door (had to bang on the wall a few times to shut them up at 11pm) - not the fault of the hotel but desperately frustrating. Otherwise clean with good amenities. Housekeeping switched over the slightly smelly towels in my room (again I suspect a one-off). Would definitely stay again. Very pleased with the overall product. Superb value for prime London location. "

"Great find at a reasonable price compared to many others in London. Great transport links as less than a 5 minute walk to the Mile End tube station. Lovely staff on arrival who gave a very warm welcome. It isn’t a fully manned 24 hour reception though so be wary if that’s what you need. Pleasantly surprised by the triple room. It was really spacious and had lovely Temple spa toiletries. Fully equipped with everything you need, if I’m being picky, I didn’t like the colour of the walls as found...

In line with its charming character, stairs are steep to rooms and floorboards wonky, so not good for people with reduced mobility. The en-suite in the room was large, bed comfortable. "Lovely old pub with character, friendly staff and locals. Stayed 1 night with my son for rugby. Twickenham 10min walk. Was given a permit to park on the road for free and found a space 50m away. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and staff very nice, especially the Ukrainian lady who served breakfast. Very polite and efficient."

"I’ve stayed in several hotels on Bath road. This was a very nice room, clean, comfy bed, lots of tea and coffee (which I appreciate) and quiet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I got a random guest of the day and got some extra biccies and note in my room- nice additional touch. Breakfast was good- usual cooked food, continental, cereals, & breads. Plenty and refreshed frequently. Caught town bus from bus station in Heathrow- they come every few mins, takes 5 mins (2 stops), stop is right outside hotel. And costs just 1.75. U3 bus takes you to LHR and comes every 10 mins. City bus way cheaper than hotel shuttle and cab. I’ve come in and out of Heathrow using National Express. Pack and also the Tube - both easy to use for onward or return adventures. First left turn and just down the road you can find a Portuguese cafe and next to it a small shop for snacks. Opposite that is a nice and good sized playground if you have little ones A bit further along Bath Road and left you can find an Indian deli, and further along Bath Road (still only ten mins) there is a McDonalds. I’d definitely stay here again. Happy travels! "
