“WOW! 5 stars! No exaggeration.”
Some hotels wow you with their beauty and amenities. Budget Lodging has just astounded me with their incredible, and completely unexpected, customer service. My complaint about a minor receipt issue, ultimately led Budget Lodging, in concert with Expedia, to immediately follow up, to completely address my complaint … a complaint that now seems very petty. Don’t pass up a chance to stay at this family owned hotel. I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed.
“Excellent hotel!”
The hotel was clean, the service was friendly. We were greeted as soon as we came through the door. The breakfast was available, and kept stocked consistently, even though there were a large number of sports teams staying at the same time. We would definitely go back.

The room was very clean and nice. Even the vent in the ceiling was clean. I have stayed at more expensive chain hotels that were not this clean. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet area which made it easy to relax.
“Ants in the Bedroom”
The only good thing about this hotel was the staff. They were friendly and seemed concerned. Other than that, there isn't much to say. The rooms and decor were outdated. The continental breakfast was less than expected and the coffee was gross. In the morning when my children woke up, there were ants crawling on their bedside table and a few even in their bed. When staff was notified, all we got was an apology. The two room suite was not that at all, it was just two adjoining rooms. We will NEVER stay there again!
