Welcomes pets but toilet was not cleaned thoroughly and the room had a light odor that was not pleasant. The refrigerator in the room did not work so my beverages never got cold. However, the staff was super welcoming, friendly and professional. Also, parking was horrible and far and to top it off I had to pay $44 per day for SELF PARKING. I will not be staying here again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They sold us a room with no working A/C, knowing it doesn’t work. Said they were sold out of other rooms and we couldn’t change when we realized. Didn’t give us any compensation to make up for it except a box fan. Will never stay here or any Best Western ...
