“Would Stay There Again”

This is One of the cleaner hotels we have stayed at. Fresh cookies were at the front desk at check-In, We stayed once going East and stayed again coming back west.

“High Marks for a Short Stay”

The hotel shows signs of wear and the furniture is slightly dated. That being said, everything else about the hotel is modern and well maintained. Now the service, that's what will bring me back when I need to stay in the area. From the friendly check in clerk, to the cheerful person at the breakfast buffet, even the housekeeping staff were all cheerful and personable-like they were glad to see and help you.

“NO SMOKING, PLEASE!!??”

Breakfast was BEST "free" meal offered in our month long road trip!! Well done. Did have a problem with their smoking policy, however. Facility allows smoking in hallways to non-smoking rooms. Obviously smoke flows under and around the door for an unpleasant experience. Was our only complaint.

“Just Fine”

The hotel was just fine. It was what I expect from a hotel. I only gave it a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness because the mirror wasn't very clean, but everything else was fine. I did however really like the fact that they put us in a King non-smoking instead of a Queen non-smoking. The Queen was the only non-smoking room available when I booked, but when I arrived, I asked if they had a King and they did. My daughter really enjoyed the pool and hot tub open until 11:00pm.

“Great restaurant selections nearby, local flavor and national chains.”

Great breakfast selection of hot and cold items.

Area recommendations
near interstate exit, shopping mall. Sullivan is a smaller city with a mall and the Baymont was down the road from it all. only 50 minutes from St. Louis and near Merimac Caverns as well.

“Great hotel”

The hotel was very neat and clean. The beds were quite comfortable. They had a great breakfast. The price was great. There was a great place to eat next door. I would go back to this hotel.
