The grounds were beautiful and the walk into the centre of town was probably about 2 kms but an easy and picturesque walk. Don't expect the trappings of a modern hotel though ( e.g. Air conditioning or modern tech). Some might find it old fashioned but if you like historic houses then you won't find better."
