"The Condo was clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. The beaches were close as was downtown Historical Venice. Nice restaurants to choose from. Only drawback was no green space to come back to on the property."

"We stayed a month in the condo and enjoyed the views from the attractive eating nook as well as the over all location. Often we would watch surfers, kite sailors or dolphins as we dined. Our son and grandson came for two nights and had a big time shark tooth hunting. The condo is located near the jetty and not far from Venice beach where I enjoyed daily yoga classes. "Property was even nicer and larger than the pictures. Beautiful view of landscaped courtyard from outside covered porch. Beach is right there! First VRBO property that I rented that there were zero issues with - everything worked great. Just a short walk to the south jetty. We loved this place so much that we have already reserved it for next year."

The interior was a bit dated & the sliding glass doors need to be fixed for easier opening & closing. However, it was clean & close to downtown so it met our needs for the 3 days we were there.
