One side, a nice hotel with good size rooms, clean, decent swimming pool, friendly staff (for Laos), located generally away from the noisy town centre and lovely views of limestone karsts. Kop Jai who worked at the hotel was very helpful to try and resolve where possible the issues we had. Other side and points to be aware of. "This is not my 1st time staying here. It is close to everything. I like the fact that you can go to a night out or eat and just walk straight back to your hotel. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable,clean, and big. The room is spacious but I'd wear slippers. "The room is very spacious, but the bathroom door and lights were broken. The receptionist changed a bulb for us but it only lasted for 30 min before it being broken again. And the receptionist was too close for comfort, entering our room on his own."
