It is close to everything. I like the fact that you can go to a night out or eat and just walk straight back to your hotel. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable,clean, and big. The room is spacious but I'd wear slippers. The only main issue is the room has deteriorate quite a bit each time I visit. The drawer was leaning to one side. The bathroom space is ok and the bathroom door is stain and dirty. The little carpet needs to be thrown out and replace. It was black and dirty. Overall its a good budget hotel to stay close. The hotel was pretty good, the room was clean and of a great size, the hotel has a good size balcony to dry things and just relax, the guesthose helped with the booking of the bus. The only down side is the loud music of an evening.
