Almost all staff were excellent, the only downside was the rather surly woman serving breakfast each day. Apart from that every request was handled with a smile. I would recommend this property to all.

I have to say we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room service staff were amazing but the food was average- Drink at the bar were lovely. If you have an extra person staying on the pull out coach ensure you get a topper as the mattress available is less than desirable. The room itself was decent - 6th floor didn't have a good view of anything. Our upgrade to a kitchen suite wasn't needed and we felt like it took up space we could have used but we're over all happy and would consider staying again.
