"Lovely hotel and great staff. Rooms were tidy with many extra ammenities. Beds are a bit low to the ground but comfortable. Mini bar with lots of complimentary snacks. Staff recommended an excellent restaurant and booked our reservation. Valet parking. Only problem was the first morning there was no hot water :( Staff went to fix the water heater but it did not warm up before we had to leave. Pool a bit weird since it is crammed into a tiny deck space and looks like an oversized aquarium"
"Beautiful hotel. Room was an amazing we stayed in a junior suite. So many amenities even hair straighteners.
Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely surprise for a birthday treat of bubbly balloons and cake.
Brest breakfast selection and wonderful views from the 9 th floor restaurant. "
"The hotel is closed to the amazing arts district, which contains music and museum venues plus architecture that seems to have landed from another planet. It is also a reasonable walking distance to the downtown market and everything in between. "

"It was a lovely hotel but; I took the junior suite because the description indicated that the room had a tub. It did not! This was a very disappointing find upon our arrival."
