Nestled in the Dolomites, this absolutely magnificent hotel is full of love, fantastic hospitality, incredible food and most importantly two truly amazing and genuinely kind hosts. Within seconds of stepping into the lobby to check-in, Kordula, Peter and their sweet chocolate labrador Emma warmly welcomed us to My Daum. Throughout our holiday stay Kordula, Peter and the entire staff were always ensuring we were taken care of… they made us feel so welcomed and loved. And if that wasn’t enough, Peter cooked an amazing Christmas Eve dinner for all those who wanted to attend.. dinner was filled with a plethora of love, laughter and amazing food! We had the pleasure of chatting with several other guests who had ventured from other corners of the world, all who were also impressed by all the care that Peter and Kordula put into caring for their guests. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor heated pool (the view is stunning and the temperature was just perfect), along with the sauna and relaxation room. Without hesitation, we would stay here again or a hundred times (and even spoke about making this a yearly tradition.) The saying goes that home is where the heart is and we can confirm that there is a lot of heart at My Daum and it’s no wonder that it feels like a home away from home. Thank you for such a glorious stay and experience, it was truly wonderful. "

Only complain is the charge for internet. You pay for three people and you should internet access for three. It is a 4 star hotel after all."

"After landing at Venice Airport, our group of four drove to this hotel and stayed the first night of the trip in Italy in late June, 2023. The reason we selected this hotel because it is very close to Lake Karersee (Lago Di Carezza), 3 minutes driving or 15 minute walking. The hotel is family operated with the son as hotel manager who speaks English and is very friendly. After checking in, we had a pre-ordered authentic Italian dinner cooked by mother and we really enjoyed the food. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is free included in room. Overall we had a very pleasant experience here, very nice food and room and extremely friendly host. If you like to see sunrise and sunset of Lake Karersee, we highly recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel is very pretty, in a nice quiet area. The rooms are very nice and very well kept. The food was fantastic! And the indoor pool was very nice. (Sauna is only open in the evening). Nina is so helpful and hard working!!"
