Our stay at Hotel Grien has set a benchmark against which all future hotels will be measured. the staff were welcoming from the moment of arrival and couldn't have been more helpful and willing with any request we had.
The facilities were maintained to an impeccable standard and the spa in particular was an immense pleasure to use. Massages were excellent.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with incredible views and quality bathroom fixtures.
The breakfast offered an wide choice of high quality foods and the evening meals were consistently delicious. we also enjoyed some excellent wines, aperitifs and appetisers in the cosy bar most nights which were a wonderful start to our evening.
All in all, Hotel Grien provided such a high level of service and hospitality that we will measure all future hotels against our stay here, and it will be difficult for them to match up! Thanks to the whole team for helping make our holiday to the Dolomites the trip of a lifetime.

Great Hotel in a great location with great staff. I could not have wished for more. I found the staff both welcoming and very helpful always with a smile. Internet was a little dodgy but I would be and hope to be back in a flash.
