Our staff, as you mentioned, is very available and friendly to help our guests with their needs, but I'm afraid communication failed and many of your concerns we are just now discovering. I can assure you that with more communication, we would have given our 100% to fix the things that bothered you during your stay, but we did not find out about them until your check-out. We will work on better following up on customer concerns and improve our processes so we don't miss these important details. We normally operate with a different electrical system that is NOT noisy, but, unfortunately, it broke down during the week of your stay and it took us a couple of days to fix the noise with special boxes.
