"The property was lovely with well furnished. Sadly the hot water in the shower wasn’t working despite reporting it after the first day. Cold showers aren’t very nice. When paying top price for accommodation the hot water should a given, essential part of the service. Plus the cleaners were knocking on the door before the allotted 10am check out!!"

"Loved our stay. Our first family trip away with our 10 week old baby and even she loved it. We had everything we needed at our finger tips. The only slight downfall was the Wi-Fi connection. It was quite hard to connect to and very slow. Being in an area with poor reception for data, the Wi-Fi was definitely needed but we both struggled to get any use out of it. Amazing place though, would recommend. "

The views of the lake are amazing and you get duel aspect from the massive living room. The best part is the lakes and boats are steps away from the apartment. "Friendly receptionist when booming in. Ensured we had l we needed and showed how tl connect to free wifi. Room was modern and well decorated. Ample tea and coffee etc and welcoming biscuits and 2 chocolates next to decoration made from towels. Exclent breakfast choices and the pancakes with fruit were a big favourite. Hotel is situated within a short walk of Windermere village and bus stops close by. Recommend daily bus pass. Great way to get around and avoid parking fees"
