"The property was lovely with well furnished. Sadly the hot water in the shower wasn’t working despite reporting it after the first day. Cold showers aren’t very nice. When paying top price for accommodation the hot water should a given, essential part of the service. Plus the cleaners were knocking on the door before the allotted 10am check out!!"

"Brilliant little property right in the heart of the Lakes, just off the A593 at Skelwith Bridge so very well located as a base to explore. On a quiet little estate of lodges and apartments, there's even a swimming pool (although we didn't use it, good to know it's there!) Very clean property and comfortable beds. Alas the weather didn't permit us to use the balcony but I'm sure it's fantastic when it's dryer, it has a great view overlooking a little pond. Sue and Paul were very proactive and...

"Loved our stay. Our first family trip away with our 10 week old baby and even she loved it. We had everything we needed at our finger tips. The only slight downfall was the Wi-Fi connection. It was quite hard to connect to and very slow. Being in an area with poor reception for data, the Wi-Fi was definitely needed but we both struggled to get any use out of it. Amazing place though, would recommend. "

"We really enjoyed our 5 day stay here. it was well appointed and so central to the town centre. There was very convenient parking allowed for one car in the church car park, very close to the property. The only slight drawback for us was finding that the mattress on the main bedroom was a bit too hard for us. Other than that, it was a lovely apartment."

"Absolutely beautiful property. The pictures and the outside don’t do the property justice. The interior is tastefully decorated and very spacious. The grounds are well kept. The views of the lake are amazing and you get duel aspect from the massive living room. The best part is the lakes and boats are steps away from the apartment. Cannot thank you enough, we were all bowled over by this fantastic apartment. X"

"Lovely accommodation right in the heart of Kendal. Everything well thought out, and clean and cosy. May not want to visit with young children as some of the pictures on the wall were more adult orientated with no option to remove them for duration of stay."

"It was a good cabin and very clean. Everything was there that we needed. Pub on site was a little expensive not really ideal for a family budget but the pub up the road was a little better. Kids were disappointed that the pony trekking had closed and is still advertising on the website. Other than that we overall had a well earned brealk"
