"What a great place to stay! Check in was easy, Nino popped in just after we arrived to give us the "low down" on the apartment and to also give us some really helpful information about Newquay. Super clean, had all the "mod cons" that we needed. Very much appreciate a king size bed that was so comfortable, which also goes for the twin beds. "Love the location … for the obvious and some personal reasons. The description of this property is spot on. You couldn’t wish for a more perfect location and the overall space is wonderful. Yes, the building is tired and the general standard of fixtures, fittings and furnishing isn’t what you would expect for the cost. But if, like us, it’s all about the view and the perfect location, it more than makes up for downsides. Thanks to Rupert for helping us have a truly memorable stay."
