We had a quite superb stay at this hotel, made all the more memorable by the "nothing was to much trouble" approach of a quite outstanding staff team. From the reception team, the housekeeping carers, through the restaurant staff, to the pool attendants, every member of this amazing team of people showed pride in their place of work and in the service that they wished to share with their customers. Not surprisingly; this was exemplified by the example set by an ever present and very "hands on" general manager who set this positive tone by the style of his positive leadership.
I would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone and feel very confident that we will ourselves return.

Stayed seven nights in a sky suite. Beautiful, clean, nicely presented. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping every day to the highest standard with turn-down service, ice bucket and oil & candles for the Jacuzzi delivered every evening at seven.
Breakfast is served all day and was delicious with lots of choice.
Special mention for Celine, the Guest Relation Host at the front desk. She has such an attentive and professional manner, and is a valuable asset to the hotel. Not to mention the warmest, friendliest smile you could ever hope to come across. Thank you, Celine, you made our stay perfect.
We're a Thai-American couple so traveling to Thailand is our regular trip every year. We like the environment of the resort. Very quiet and tropical as it's trying to be. However, we feel that we were arranged to be with other thai guests in one area which was quite separate from other foreign guests who stayed with the same room type. We were not sure if this was intentional but couldn't help thinking of it given what we saw.
The room was very nice and well maintained. The only bad thing in our room was the AC thermostat that didn't work correctly.
Most surprising is the cleanliness of the beach. It was very dirty when we were there. We were so disappointed that we wanted to compare it with the public beach area. We don't think that the hotel couldn't afford someone regularly picking up trashes in the beach every morning.
After reading reviews from other guests, I was not sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitley return when the weather is better. The rooms were clean, the service was great, and the grounds were amazing! The only reccomendation I can make is to improve the road leading to the hotel. It is an unpaved road about 1.2 KM long and full of very large potholes. Other than that, a wonderful place to get away from it all.
