A great place to stay at the airport and watch planes from your room. Yet, the room is nearly sound proof from the noise of the planes, which takes some of the fun away from watching them, but makes getting a good night's sleep great! The observation deck is a quick walk away.

i didn't like the attitude of the staff, the check in was easy and the person who helped us was polite, but had a hard time understanding english. the person he called to help translate had a very bad attitude like we were bothering him. the next morning we were getting our luggage transferred and he saw us standing there, but totally ignored us until we had to go to the front desk, then he gave me a form (in japanese) and didn't explain how to fill it out until i made mistakes on it, then he was very rude and said, name and pointed to the area. then address and pointed to the area

We stayed here during a 16 hour overnight layover and it did not disappoint! We were able to take the free shuttle bus between terminal 3 and terminal 2( where the hotel is located). Once you get dropped off by the free shuttle bus, take the escalator up one floor and walk toward the left and it’s all the way at the end. Very clean and friendly staff! Room was big, bed was comfortable. There’s a restaurant at the hotel but some of the restaurants in the terminal lobby were open early. Lots of options. Great place to stay!

Stayed for a one night layover. No complaints, a very pleasant hotel, one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept on. Easily accessible from inside Terminal 2 at the far left side when facing towards the building. Just be patient with the staff as few speak any English. Super quiet rooms.
