"its a small cottage but with everything one needs, and a lovely small outside table and chairs - ideal when the weather is good. Stiffkey is a nice village with an excellent shop and is close to the Norfolk coast path and the bus stop for the excellent Coast Hopper bus service"

"We had a fantastic stay at Carpenters cottage in Heacham. The cottage was extremely comfortable and well equipped with a generous welcome basket provided by the host. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We had two lovely meals at the Rose and Crown in Snettisham (a short 6 minute drive) and at The West Norfolk within walking distance. The host couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely return and highly recommend this wonderful cottage."

Recommend Aviator restaurant in Sculthorpe. Property central to Norfolk so easy access to all areas of interest."

"This is a delightful cottage, with a cosy sitting-room and then much larger than expected and extremely well-equipped kitchen/diner at the back. We didn’t have sitting out weather, but there is a small secluded garden at the back which would be lovely in summer - better than it appears on the Vrbo photos. Despite being on a road called High Street it is very quiet. A bonus is the well above-average quality selection of books and DVDs available."

"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...
