Comfiest bed in Tenerife
Loved, loved, loved this apartment! Fantastic balcony that got the sun from first thing in the morning, until late afternoon. Great location in Los Cristianos with many cars/restaurants on your doorstep. Getting a sunlounger was a bit tricky first thing, but if you leave it till lunchtime we always managed to get one. Everything you need in the apartment is there. Quite a few steps up to the apartment, but not too bad. On-site shop is reasonably priced for everything. We will definitely book to stay here again, as it’s fit the most comfy bed!

Lovely apartment
Lovely apartment. Very good location with plenty to do in the surrounding area. Not ideal if you have mobility issues due to the amount of stairs. If we come back to the area we would definitely come back to this apartment

It is a lovely apartment it has all you need unfortunately we can't stay there next year as I won't be able to do the steps up due to planned knew surgery if the few steps don't bother you then I would highly recommend it .Thanks mats

Lovely apartment and complex
Great clean apartment on a lovely clean well looked after complex. Bed was so comfy and access to balcony from bedroom was nice to have. The balcony could also be accessed from the living room and over looked the pool and got the sun from morning till late afternoon lovely place to sit and relax. The pool was superb and big with a lifeguard there to keep watch. The Dino supermarket was very close by. The bus stops were a few minutes walk away so handy if you wanted to get one and also to and from the airport. Communication with the owner was good. We would most definitely stay there again as we had a very enjoyable stay.

We have already booked for next year!
The apartment, the complex, the pool area were all five stars, as was the communication and help from Mats. Great apartment with everything you need for a lovely holiday. At 6'3 I was slightly worried about the bed having a frame at the foot end, but no need. The bed was VERY comfy and plenty long enough for me. The balcony got the sun from morning right through the afternoon and had plenty of space to sit, relax and look at the views. The whole complex was quiet, peaceful, incredibly clean and well maintained. Can't recommend highly enough. The only possible improvement would be to provide WiFi for the apartment (the hotel wifi is pretty useless) and a smart TV that you could watch the odd Netflix film on of an evening, but that's splitting hairs.

Ideal Apartment for us as a Couple
We have stayed in several apartments in Tenerife and this is up there with the best of them. Well equipped, with everything you need and in a great location. Sitting on the sunny balcony each morning with a pastry from the local patisserie, cup of coffee and fresh orange juice, is a great start to the day ahead. Only gripe would be that the complex does not do more to stop people reserving sun loungers. This is not the apartment owners fault though.

Great Apartment In A Great Location
As the owner has stated, the apartment is on the third floor with no lift so not suitable for those with mobility issues. Once you get up the stairs the apartment is well designed with a large living/diner area, a toilet with a whirlpool washing machine and a large bedroom. The balcony looks onto the pool and get the sun until mid afternoon. We purchased the WiFi from reception after a trial €32 for 21 days and it worked for two machines, we had dropouts now and again but always worked on the balcony, and we were happy with the service. The main reason for wifi was so we could get sky go on the ipad to watch some telly now and again. The TV in house had BBC 1,BBC2, CH5 the rest of the 5s and Sky sports. The knives are sharp and there was plenty of dishes and pans to cook if you so wish. We take the cook in bags so no mess in the oven. The bed was very comfortable and fresh sheets and towels were left for us to change as required. All in all one of the best apartments we’ve been to on the island and will return.

A really lovely apartment perfect for our needs, great location and facilities.
We really enjoyed our holiday, great location, lovely pool, small gym and the chance to play squash. Perfect for small families, 2 adults and one teenager. Easy walking distance to the beach, lovely restaurants and Las Americas. I would highly recommend it.

We had a lovely time here, apartment was great, bed very comfortable, kitchen equipped well. The washing machine in bathroom I would have used but didn't, maybe it would be an idea to have some printed instructions. We would recommend this apartment and will book again.

Home from home
A fantastic apartment on a well serviced and maintained block. The apartment itself was very well equiped and made a holiday abroad very comfortable right down to the left over extras from other guests ie salt, pepper, washing up liquid, loo roll etc (we used then left top up for the next people) We found the beds to be comfortable, the shower to be sufficient and the balcony perfect to relax and watch the world go by. The only bugbear is the typical 'brits abroad' rushing to grab the sunbeds at 9am when the beds get unlocked and then not returning to them till mid-day although there are plenty to go around and lots of room around the pool, but this is hardly Anna or Mats fault... We found the location to be perfect, no noise from the bars and the walk into Los Cristianos a plasant one. The hypo dino supermarket around the back was ideal for fresh products and the small ones across the road perfect and equally priced for water, drinks and ice creams. We will be returning....

very dated apartment
The bathroom was small with a washing machine almost touching the toilet. The toilet was probably ok for a child of six, but for an adult far too small. The shower had a non adjustable head, so it wanted to pin you against the wall. The bed was king size but made as 2 singles. The bottom sheet had light patches on it which it shouldn't have had. The overall impression of the property was everything in it was cheap and basic. To use the safe one had to kneel on the floor and reach under the shelf to unlock it, which for anyone not agile is difficult. The settee was quite ancient and uncomfortable. The bathroom towels were like coarse sandpaper and very uncomfortable to use.

Hello Derek! We are very surprised over your review! When you made your enquiry you wrote that you really enjoyed our apartment the last time you stayed in it. The toilet is exactly the same and has the same position as it had the last time you stayed in our apartment. It is a normal sized toilet. The cleaning company use a laundry for the linen. The patches are probably from chlorine. The sofa bed shall be replaced when we visit the apartment next time. Nobody else has complaned over the toilet, the shower head, the postion of the safe or the towels under the ten years we have rented our apartment out. Sorry for our not perfect english. Brilliant holiday
We had a great time at Los Cristianos. It was our first time travelling to Tenerife and we can’t wait to go back. The apartment was very clean and modern with everything you could want for a self catering holiday. We slept in the main bedroom and the kids slept on the pull out sofa bed in the frontroom . Communication with Anna was very good throughout the whole booking and everything was as expected when we arrived. We found the washing machine extremely useful especially with the kids clothes! There is a hyperdino nearby which has everything you need and also the main bus stop area is literally 2 mins walk away. It’s about a 10 min walk to the beach which is perfect where there are endless restaurants/bars. Also the bus stop for the free busses to Siam , aqualand , jungle park is only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel near to a small shopping mall. Near to this mall there is an amazing Indian restaurant called balti balti where we ate a couple of times (just make sure you arrive before 8pm to get the deals and to get a table) ! All in all an amazing holiday and couldn’t ask for more !

Lovely Apartment
We’re actually still here as I write this review. This is a cracking apartment and well catered for. The rooms are big and well equipped, with those little extra touches, that make it feel like home from home. Especially the memory foam mattress. There is everything that you need to make your stay comfortable, it even has a washing machine. The hotel with which it’s based in, is ideally located, far enough out but close enough to all the amenities. The pool area is nice and clean and caters for all the family. Also located conveniently, are a row of bars across the road and with an average price of €1:50 for a pint of lager, well, you can’t go too wrong with that. Also I will mention the pubs, The Rose and The Swan, cracking bars with great service and entertainment. Hats off to Anthony and Kenny for a cracking time. Also, there is a local restaurant close by called Umami, which is absolutely sublime. Cracking food and service, prices are really good too. Sorry to be leaving today but will definitely be returning. Thank you Anna for all your help too.

Vi är nu hemkomna efter 8 veckor i lägenheten som vi är mycket nöjda med endast lite problem med duschen kalk i munstycket, trapporna är det lite svårt med när man ankommer och lämnar boendet då man har rätt tunga resväskor (svårt för rörelsehindrade att bo på 3 våningen) Anne-May o Kent

Tack för recensionen! Jag har köpt två nya duschmunstycken; ett som ger väldigt mycket vatten samt ett som ger lite mindre, så man kan välja. Jag har även köpt ny tvättmaskin. Ja, det är lite tungt att bära resväskorna i trapporna. Det hade varit lättare om det hade funnits hiss, men man kan fastna i en hiss, det har hänt hustrun o mig, det var väldigt obehagligt, Det är väldigt fin utsikt från balkongen, när man bor högst upp. Vänliga hälsningar Mats

A wonderful vacation
Thank you so very much for letting us stay in your pretty apartment. We had a lovely vacation in this great apartment, with the most beautiful view of the pool area. The apartment was nicely furnished and well equipped with kitchen utensils and pots and pans. The bathroom was nice, but could use a new shower head. The balcony was a good size and furnished with good furniture and lighting. The bedroom was nicely furnished and had a very comfortable bed. It was well stocked with linens and towels but only had one blanket, two would have been nice for the cold nights. The washing machine worked great. We had an excellent stay for one month in this beautiful apartment and would love to come back again…the stairs was not a problem for us, just a part of our daily exercise. Super! Die kleine Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, man findet wirklich alles was zum Aufenthalt gebraucht wird.... Voll ausgestattete Küche, sauberes Bad, großes bequemes Bett, genügend Platz um die Sachen aufzubewahren im Schrank( mit Kleiderbügel !🙂) , Usw... Der Strand und Stadtzentrum ist einen kurzen Fußmarsch entfernt, es gibt auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten neben an. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gut gepflegt, der Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Ich finde dieses Appartement auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!!

Struttura ubicata in posizione ottimale, molto comoda per raggiungere spiagge e ristoranti. Il complesso è tenuto benissimo, ha una piscina enorme con lettini e ombrelloni, giardini ben curati. Check-in rapido e semplice. L’appartamento è molto bello, ampio, luminoso, spazioso, ben arredato, pulitissimo. La cucina è attrezzata di tutti gli elettrodomestici, non manca davvero nulla. La terrazza che si affaccia sulla piscina ha una vista bellissima sulla montagna e anche sul mare. Sistemazione consigliatissima!

Appartamento bellissimo, ampio e luminoso, spazioso, pulito e ordinato, letto comodo, cucina moderna e attrezzata, balcone arredato con vista. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni per il check-in. La struttura è molto carina con spazi verdi e una grande piscina. La posizione è ottima, nel cuore di Los Cristianos, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tantissimi ristoranti e bar, così come negozietti e supermercati. Consigliatissimo

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und die Lage ist optimal besonders wenn man mit dem Bus überall einen Ausflug machen möchte, da Busbahnhof nur ca 5 Minuten zur Fuß entfernt ist. Strand, Supermarkt, Bäcker, usw. sind auch nur ein paar Minuten zur Fuß entfernt 😊 Wifi für 10 Tage ist günstig und funktioniert am besten auf dem Balkon,☺️

Trevlig liten lägenhet.
Trevlig liten lägenhet passande för två personer utan rörelsehinder. Balkong i söderläge med utsikt över poolområdet och ett berg i bakgrunden. Tryggt område med mycket hög hygien runt poolområdet. Den s.k. "heated pool" höll 20-21grader. Barnpoolen 23 grader. Återkopplingen från hyresvärden när vi hade frågor var utmärkt, snabba och konkreta svar både via mil och telefon.

Vi boede i lejligheden på Tenerife Sur i 6 uger. Der var pænt rent ved ankomst. Der var fint med køkkenudstyr. Seng og sofa var gode og der var hvad vi skulle bruge af sengetøj og håndklæder. Et lille råd til ejeren, der kan skabes lidt mere hygge eventuelt med lidt sommerblomster. Det vil gøre det mere som et hjem. Vi syntes lejligheden var for lille, når vi var der 6 uger, men lejligheden var bestemt god. Selv om vi ikke er gangbesværede, var det hårdt at komme op af de 41 trin til lejligheden, men vi var i beskrivelsen af lejligheden gjort opmærksom på, at det ikke var for gangbesværede. Så vi vidste, hvad vi bestilte. Vi kan kun sige, at vi havde et rigtig godt ophold og kan anbefale lejligheden til andre. Else Marie Rusmann
