Super holiday
We thought the hotel was lovely, clean pleasant areas to sit and relax in pool area very clean. Breakfast was amazing ! Everything you could possible want ! Cold or hot. The bedrooms were simple clean and the little kitchen area was perfect (although) we didn’t use it. Nice to have British tv stations on the tv. We had a lovely stay and would go again

You could be moved hotel!!
We originally booked to stay at this hotel. We arrived and they explained they had overbooked the rooms. As a result, we were then moved to its sister hotel 'Hotel Coral Suites & Spa'. This is on the other side of Playa De Las Americas, so expect a completely different location! The hotel is still being built, so building work noise from 7am-5pm everyday. We would recommend you do not book Coral Ocean View as it is not worth the risk of being moved hotel!!! This was reported to hotels.com who gave me some compensation for this.

Fantastic hotel, very impressed overall
Our stay here was great. The food at breakfast and dinner was lovely, presented really well, constantly refreshed and attended to by the staff, and the staff were very good too. The pool and outside areas was cleaned everyday which was very impressive. Hotel staff are happy (accept one woman who I'm not sure smiled once during our stay) I can recommend yoga. Our travel wasn't good. I was lead to believe we would have a small shuttle bus to take us from the airport to the hotel. Instead we got a large bus which only left the airport once an hour as it had to be full before going. We just missed the last bus so we left the airport an hour late. The bus also took us to the wrong hotel and we had to pay 6 euro 45 for a taxi to drive us to the right one. One thing that really disappointed me throughout our stay here is that there is a sign in our room which says you are not allowed to reserve sunbeds with towels... But everybody did and on our last morning there were no beds without towels. Nobody in the hotel enforces the rule so people were dumping their stuff down and then disappearing inside for a long leisurely breakfast. That really annoyed me throughout our week here. I would say get down early for breakfast to make sure you get a sunbed. On our final morning we had to leave early but the staff didn't open the doors for breakfast until around 7.35 and we had to leave for bus at 7.40 so we ended up rushing. Great stay but they need to pay attention to the small details

Fantastic all inclusive holiday
Very clean hotel with extremely friendly helpful staff. Stayed all inclusive. Plenty of choice of food and excellent choice of cocktails included. The hotel would benefit from more sun loungers as it was difficult to get a longer after 9am even on cloudy days.

Lovely hotel with good facilites. We stayed room with buffet breakfast which was good. The only downside was the drinks were very expensive €4.5 for a beer!!! There is a nice bar close by called Calypso

Great hotel!!
The staff were very helpful. I was having problems printing off my boarding passes for the flight home but Asa on reception was on hand to help me. Can I make a suggestion? At a hotel we stayed at a couple of years ago, the hotel had internet access but for a small fee we could use the printer that was set up next to the internet monitors so we could print our boarding passes off.

Perfect modern base for exploring Costa Adeje
The Ocean View is a perfect base for those wishing to explore both Playa de las Americas & Costa Adeje. I travel often with my friend and we had never been to Tenerife before. Of all the hotels which we were looking at, many seemed to be quite old-fashioned however this particular hotel really stands out as a modern, Scandinavian-inspired option. Rooms were spotlessly cleaned on a daily basis and the breakfast was superb - the sundeck on the rooftop of the hotel was our particular favourite. The staff were all very friendly from those on the reception to those in the restaurant and the cleaning team. The hotel is also within walking distance of the bus station and the Siam water park and shopping mall. We would certainly return without question to this hotel on a future visit to Tenerife.

We love this place!
We returned after a fantastic holiday last year and we weren't disappointed. The hotel is spotless, modern & adults only. All the staff are wonderful & can't do enough to help. Really nice atmosphere, great pool area & a roof top terrace with Jacuzzi. Can't fault the food for all inclusive either. 5 mins walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants if you feel the need. Recommended to my parents who should arrive today.

We have just returned from a fab stay at the Coral Ocean View and so happy with the hotel. The staff were very friendly, the cleanliness was immaculate, the pool area and bar/resteraunt was lovely. Would definitely return.

Really very impressed, would definitely go again
really impressed by this hotel, it was much less expensive than the normal hotels I would stay in H10 or Rui , but it had been recently refurbished and the refurbishment was really good. Wi-Fi fantastic throughout the hotel and grounds, free none of this two euros a day. Two really good PCs in the lobby which were Internet connected and free again no one euro for half an hour. Breakfast was the best I've ever had exactly the same as it tends to be in all the Spanish hotels but the fruit was nicer ,the orange juice was definitely freshly squeezed not a variety of concentrated or orange squash. The hot food was hot not lukewarm!! Breakfast coffee was from machines but was easily the best machine coffee I've ever had. Evening food was really good and again always hot. The showers in the rooms were obviously recently been refurbished so they were really good quality Grohe fittings, it was a walk-in shower nor a bath but very good with really good pressure. Cleanliness was the normal Spanish standard, basically there seem to be people walking round cleaning things that looked spotlessly clean already, all day long. Location was 400 yards from the beach and probably 30 feet above sea level so a bit of a slope. Would be perfectly suitable for anybody under 75. Parking was free and easy in the hotel staff all spoke good English and were very friendly.

Good sized room. But can hear everything going on in room next door. Smokers on adjacent balcony mean you have to keep inside with door shut. But, as hotels go this one is notable for excellent food, and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Useful mini kitchen.

Lovely hotel with great location
I travelled with my partner (both in our early 20's) and had an amazing holiday with a great stay at Ocean View hotel. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, and the receptionists were very helpful with everything, especially when booking excursions. We found the rooms to be perfectly clean and spacious, with a balcony view overlooking the pool. The hotel facilities were great, we used the pool a lot and there were plenty of sun loungers around. There is also a convenient small supermarket on site. The restaurant was lovely, we had breakfast there every morning and they had a big selection of foods. They also hold themed dinner nights which I definitely recommend. The location of Ocean View is ideal - roughly a 10 - 15 minute walk to Veronicas Strip, many many different restaurants around, many tourist shops and some designer shops near Veronicas Strip. Of course the beach is right nearby, only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Siam Park is also within walking distance (approx 5-10 minute walk). Aside from these places, I would also highly recommend taking a cab (5 euros) to centro comercial safari where theres a beautiful big range of shops/ shopping centres, restaurants, a dancing fountain and a nearby golden sand beach. I would also recommend jet skiing, siam park and visiting Mount Teide. Overall, a fantastic hotel with no faults, we would definitely like to come back soon! :)

The stay at the Ocean View was very good - friendly & helpful staff, cleanliness of property and ease for access to beach and facilities. Recent refurbishment has been very good although the full glass bathroom was not to my liking! Would happily return!

Relaxing, clean, friendly hotel highly recommended
Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 10 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay in ocean view. Our room was lovely, very comfortable, good lighting, good size bathroom with great shower and nice view from balcony. Air conditioning was great and the room was maintained daily and towels changed regularly by the house keeping staff which was nice. Good size swimming pool with good sunbathing area also a good sunbathing area on the roof with outdoor jacuzzi, with a great view which was a added bonus. Very nice relaxation area outside the main bar to enjoy a drink and some music. We were half board and found the food good with plenty of variety for both breakfast and dinner buffet The staff were very nice, polite and helpful and hard working. We found it hard to pick fault really and would not hesitate to book a stay here again.

Fabulous Clean Hotel
Good refurbished hotel. Very clean and laid out rooms with interesting "open plan" bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful when approached. Stayed bed and breakfast but breakfast cooked food was cold and poor. Poolside was clean and appreciate that no loud music was playing.

Great hotel can't wait to go again
Loved the hotel great room with sea view very clean and staff friendly. Best bit was roof with sun loungers and jacuzzi its was quiet and relaxing. Only had breakfast but there was so much choice we didn't need to eat again till the evening. Can't wait till we can go again

lovely hotel
This is a lovely hotel and well situated only a easy 5 min walk from the beach prom . The adults only makes such a difference. All the hotel staff are all very pleasant and helpful and the hotel and rooms are kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast is buffet style, good choices and plentiful. The pool area is a bit small but there's sun terraces on the 8th and 9th floor with a jacuzzi and plenty of free loungers. Next time I go back to Tennerife I'll be heading straight to this hotel without a doubt.

Nice hotel
It was a good place to stay. Quiet, relaxing & comfortable. One member of staff was surly throughout & she was the first one we met but don't let that put you off, the rest were lovely. Short walk to the beach. If you don't pay for "all inclusive" the meals are expensive & underwhelming but served a purpose.

Excellent hotel and great staff
We booked this hotel in advance after looking at the reviews and checking prices and it didn't disappoint at all. The hotel was an easy taxi ride away from the airport and was easy to find. The greeting was quick and informative and we did receive an upgrade with the provisio that we could get moved - which never happened fortunately. The room was fresh and clean with a sea view. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped although we only used the fridge. The pool was great with plenty of sunbeds and the whole area was kept clean. The adults only status was welcome as it very peaceful although we took our 20 year old son who had his own room. He didn't feel the need to scream and shout too much. The food and drink were really good and going all inclusive was definitely the right thing to do for us. There was a good choice and the theme nights were fun. The beach was a short walk away with a variety of shops and places to eat if you need them. The staff were friendly throughout and spoke English which helped. There is an excellent gym on site although I opted for the run along the promenade in the early morning heat.

Great hotel
Great place, has your very own kitchen which is handy. Although we cooked in there a few times it was nice to have that option. The balcony is lovely to have also! One comment would be that it would be nice to have complimentary items such as shower gel etc and tea. Which we didn't get. The hotel was also super close to the beach which was great. Another note is that they charge to clean the pool towels which is kind of annoying, so either buy a cheap one from one of the tourist shops or just pay a couple of euros to get it cleaned. The place was lovely and clean and I would recommend it!

Beautiful Hotel
Nice hotel 5-6 min to the Beach. Its literally next to the main bus station so easy to travel from. The view from the roof is amazing definitely worth it and I don't think its a lot of hotel around with that. All staff speak English including cleaners which help a lot.

Great hotel great nights sleep in very comfortable beds ,also great location to beach plus other attractions,only one thing was some building work going on we were not told about ,but only a small thing but very modern hotel ,can't say about food or drink we were only self catering,but would book again great holiday

An all rounder
Photos do not do this hotel justice - an absolute gem. Located a 5 minute walk to shops and the sea - it's nestled on a quiet street away from the strip allowing you to get a great nights rest. Decor is fantastic especially in the rooms - props to the interior designer! Rooms are spacious and airy helped by the generous balconies with amazing views of the sea. Apartments are fully equipped with everything you could ever need and the shower is to die for. Black out blinds great addition to block out the early morning sun. Never struggled to get a sun lounger as plenty available on all terraces - we especially loved the roof terrace! Food at breakfast fantastic with lots of choice and evening meals nice and varied - my only drawback was not being allowed even a water with our half board package so if you're on half board - drink up before you eat! Handy location for using the bus to and from the airport as main bus stop is opposite the hotel and will get you from the airport for less than 4 euros! Hotel overall exceeded our expectations and would return!

Excellent hotel
Lovely hotel just off the main beaches, convenient for restaraunts and bars, good pool and sun bathing areas with plenty of quality sun beds. Breakfast was buffet style with everything you could require. Staff very helpful and the place was kept immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

I have just end stayed at the Ocean View Hotel with my sister for 7 nights, breakfast included. Firstly the rooms are very modern and comfortable and are kept clean. We really enjoyed our stay which was even more relaxing because of not having children stay in the hotel (not that I don't like kids, I am a grandmother of 4, but as I work in a school, I enjoyed the peace). Nothing was ever too much trouble and we found all the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back. Breakfast was absolutely lovely, with an enormous amount of choice.
