Rest and Relaxation
We were met by the hosts husband at the reception area and he took us to the apartment. It is on the 8th floor, not quite the penthouse, but has great views. The apartments had 24 hour reception and the complex is gates for security. There are 2 sets of keys which open all the external gates and of the apartment. There was an issue with the paint flaking from the bathroom ceiling, which I think should of been mentioned. We dealt with it by sweeping up regularly and did speak to the Host who informed me it was being dealt with. Good facilities, big fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, toaster, coffee machine. Would use the property again. Good location, 5 minute walk to beach, bars and restaurants.

Excellent location
A lovely apartment with all the amenities you may need. Comfortable beds. Washing machine in the apartment but if you prefer you can use the Lavanderia Laundry that is situated on the bottom floor of the building. Nice spacious pool area. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants, the beach and a number of activities. Great views from the balcony, excellent place to watch the sunset

Wonderful, relaxing stay.
Apartment was modern, bright and fully equipped for our stay. Christine was most accommodating, helpful and provided us with all the necessary information to make it a relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located for the beach, restaurants and shopping. A free bus to Siam Mall a few minutes away was an additional plus. Overall we had a splendid, relaxing pre- Christmas break.

Central location for Los Cristianos
Smartly furnished property. Enjoyed our stay. Good location very near to restaurants, seafront etc. On 8th floor so it was quiet during day. However carnival celebrations were taking place very close by during our stay in March and we felt that the noise level was too much in the evenings, although thankfully did seem to have abated by 11.15pm. We would definitely consider booking this apartment again, however, at a different time when it is quieter.

The host was very attentive in the planning stage & provided contact details if we should have any queries during our stay. The property was perfect for 2 couples and excellently located with great views of the harbour. There are lots of restaurants to choose from and plenty of small supermarkets.

Perfect apartment in perfect location .
From start to finish the renting process was very efficient . The owners welcomed my family on arrival and made sure we were settled in before leaving us with a contact number should we encounter any problems during our stay . It was a lovely personal touch .

Overall a lovely experience Christine was very accommodating and friendly. The apartment block was well looked after pools etc.the apartment itself was excellent apart from the fact that there was no oven as described. We like the option of dining in sometimes but it limits what you can cook. But apart from that we really enjoyed our stay.

Well appointed and well equipped apartment.
Lovely apartment, nicely furnished and well equipped. Very good location and easy walk to lots of bars and restaurants. Owner very easy to deal with and Rodolf was very helpful during our stay. Would definitely return if we come back to Los Cristianos.

Overall a wonderful stay!
We couldn't have asked for more! The apartment was in immaculate condition when we arrived and we were warmly welcomed by Jean-Pierre, who told us everything we needed to know. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and we were provided with everything we needed, as well as welcome drinks! Throughout our stay, Christine and her husband were very understanding and helpful. The location is great: it's quiet, but close to the Los Cristianos and Las Vistas beaches; local supermarkets are very accessible; it is about a 5-minute walk to the titsa bus stop; and the free siam park bus stop is right opposite the accommodation, and it also doubled as the meeting point for one of our bus tours. The pool was also in good condition and was cleaned every day. We had issues turning on the tv, however, it wasn't a problem as we were out most of the day and didn't need to use it. There are also tennis courts on-site, however, we didn't use them as we, unfortunately, didn't bring rackets! Overall, the accommodation was great for a family of four and we definitely know where we are staying if we are to return to Los Cristianos!

Lovely apartment in a great location in the beautiful resort of Los Cristianos

Lovely apartment in the sun
We had a lovely stay, the apartment had everything you need for a very comfortable holiday well equipped kitchen WiFi TV etc. The location was excellent with lovely beaches bars restaurants all walking distance. Bus station and lots of places to visit at your doorstep. Definitely I will go back.

Fantastic clean apartment
Apartment was lovely and clean, really comfy beds. Close to all the beaches restaurants and bars but quiet. Balcony was small compared to others I’ve been used to but the views were spectacular and sipping wine enjoying the afternoon and evening sun was lovely. Didn’t use the pool so can’t comment but it looked really clean as did the complex overall. My only small comment would be that a information pack with directions to the nearest supermarket, where to empty bins etc would have been useful. Fabulous apt would recommend and would definitely return.

Lovely apartment in excellent location
This apartment is as described and in an excellent location – close to everything (bars, restaurant, seafront, supermarket) but had little noise. The local bus exchange is also less than 5 minutes walk away, which made it easy to travel about the island, and to get to/from the airport (we got a taxi when we arrived, approx 27Euros, but returned to the airport by bus, approx 3euros each, 15 minute journey). An added bonus was how close the apartment was to a bus stop for the free services to Siam Water Park and Siam Mall, and which also doubled up as pick up points for many of the tours/excursions, making days out just that little bit easier. The apartment itself was great, on the 8th floor, with the balcony having a lovely view over the 3 pools, and across the harbour. The pools themselves were often used by residents, but never overly busy (although inflatables/balls are not allowed). Inside the apartment, the WiFi was fast and reliable (important when travelling with a teenager!), and while there is no aircon, there were ceiling fans in both bedrooms. We had a warm welcome from Jean-Pierre, despite arriving late due to a flight delay, and the beers already cooling in the fridge were a welcoming sight! Christine was responsive by email/whatsapp, and made the booking process easy and straightforward. Many thanks to you both, we would love to stay here again in the future!

Great apartment and location
We were met at the reception and shown to the apartment which is very modern and renovated to a high standard. The apartment has everything you could need a real home from home. The location is very central for everything. In fact we wouldn’t hesitate to book again ( we did try but it was already fully booked).

Fantastic Apartment
I stayed in this lovely apartment for 3 weeks in October. The apartment has everything you need. It is in a great location with fantastic views. The hosts,Christine and Jeanne Pierre were fantastic and very welcomingThey even supplied water and a pack of beer upon arrival which went down a treat after the journey.The previous guests also kindly left other fare. I would highly recommend this apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would really like to return in the future.

Had a great holiday in this apartment. It’s location was perfect and thoroughly enjoyed the stroll to either the market or Las Americas. There’s a few good supermarkets near by and a lovely street with some nice mix of shops. The apartment itself was spotless and exactly as the pictures showed. I’d definitely go back to this apartment and would have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends, in fact my brother wants the details for a wee week away next year! If we do go back to Tenerife I’d definitely check the availability on this apartment again when booking, loved it!

Lovely Apartment
I stayed in this apartment for a week at the end of August along with my partner. We met Christine’s husband on arrival, he was lovely and showed us around the apartment which had everything you need for a weeks stay. Very modern and clean – the only downside was the shower didn’t drain very well. The pool on site was lovely and clean however we found we could never get sun loungers due to residents in the building so had to use beach towels to lay on the ground. Also, we unfortunately picked a week where there was some sort of concert on every night in the street next to us which started around 11pm carrying on until 1am or 4.30am some times and with the fan in the bedroom not working we couldn’t close the window to block out some of the noise. Apart from this there were many positives too, the view from both the balcony and apartment door STUNNING!! The bus station just a 2 minute walk away, a short 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants/shops and we always found the guys on reception in the building very helpful when we needed directions or they would phone a taxi for us. Thank you Christine for a lovely stay in your apartment.

Many Thanks Rahel : You will be always welcome !!!! 2 points: The fan switch on in 2 times : 1- the switch and 2 the small chain to pull that has 3 speeds... Regarding the noise : This year was a special year of celebrations in Los Cristianos! But , by law the noise must stop at midnight in the downtown areas , to see one hour in the morning very exceptionally! " Achacay" is very quiet complex and has very good reputation on this subject: we do not want to spoil this by overflowing of Canarian festivals ! All the tenants and owners of the zone have filed a recourse to the town hall so that this does not happen again !! With warm Regards! Christine.

Fantastic apartment!
My husband and I, along with our 6-year-old son, enjoyed a three week stay in this fabulous apartment in July. The apartment is perfectly located in the centre of Los Cristianos with a two minute walk to the nearest beach and with shops , bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Very peaceful area with no noise at night. Fantastic pool area, very relaxing and well looked after grounds. The staff were also extremely friendly. The apartment is well equipped and spotlessly clean with spectacular views over the town and harbour area. We will most definitely book with Christine again. A lovely host, easily contacted during our stay and she even thought to have cold beers in the fridge ready for our arrival. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Achacay on future holidays to Los Cristianos.

Fantastic!
What a lovely apartment and so well located. Christine the owner was an absolute joy to deal with from start to finish. The apartment is first class and as described. Extremely clean, well maintained, modern, comfortable and view(s) amazing. Unlike a conventional sea view, the harbour provides an interesting every changing view. The balcony is like another room. We took all meals there admiring the views and enjoying the Canarian climate. We felt very at home at the apartment. It's location to the beach, Los Cristianos town and promenade is excellent and are all a short stroll away. Likewise the Hipo Dino (yellow signage) supermarket is under a 5 minute pleasant walk away by the bus stops / station up the main road on the right hand side as you leave the apartment block from the front entrance. It is well stocked and has daily fresh bread etc and is very convenient if you do not have a car. And slight downhill stroll back with shopping bags! The hotel complex / block is very nice and clean and has reception staff etc so well tended, clean and secure. The tennis courts and outdoor swimming pools are very nice for the residents. A hairdressers, launderette, bar etc were also observed within the block which retains a very residential feel. In summary, we very much look forward to returning to Christine's lovely apartment and cannot speak highly enough of it and her. Thank you Christine.

Perfect location for a holiday
Great location to have your holiday in Los Cristianos. The apartment was recently renovated and everything was brand new. The kitchen equipment were new and sufficient. The place was clean and comfortable. There is a lot of satellite channels, mostly German and Spanish, but only few English. Unfortunately, the swimming pool area was being renovated during our stay. The location is perfect. Everything is close by shops, restaurants, the beach. The view to the harbor is also great. Juha Finland

Tolle Lage und super Blick
Das Appartment ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was wir als Familie mit einem Kind (5 Jahre) gebraucht haben. Die Lage ist toll. In nur 3 Gehminuten erreicht man den Strand, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Taxistand und Autovermietung. Durch die 8. Etage hatten wir einen super Blick auf den Strand, den Ort und den Hafen. Der Balkon lädt zum frühstücken und am Abend zum entspannen bei einem Glas Wein ein. Die Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt. Pool und Fußballplatz haben wir oft genutzt. Die Rezeption im Gebäude ist 24h besetzt und beantwortet Fragen stets freundlich. Die Kommunikation mit Christine und Jean Pierre hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder :-)

Fuimos a pasar unos dias de vacaciones en familia y quedamos encantados. El apartamento es muy bonito, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias, colchones muy cómodos y la ubicacion estupenda.Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Super appartement (plus beau que sur les photos), fonctionnel et très bien équipé (surtout la cuisine) ! Pratique pour notre famille de 4 personnes, nous étions comme chez nous :). Emplacement idéal, à proximité de tout ! Calme, vue magnifique, piscine géniale et très peu fréquentée même en plein été. Rien à dire ! L’appartement que je louerai avec a coup sûr à mes prochaines visites. Enfin, Christine est une hôte super disponible réactive, arrangeante ! L'appartement est très joliment décoré, propre, avec tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer un séjour très agréable . La vue sur la mer du balcon et de la chambre est magnifique . L'emplacement central est appréciable aussi, proche de la plage, des supermarchés , restaurants etc.....

El apartamento está muy bien y la urbanizacion en la que está también. Tiene unas piscinas bien cuidadas que a mis hijos les han encantado. Los dueños muy agradables. Tuvimos un problema con el lavavajillas que resolvieron rápidamente y eso que estabamos en agosto.
